Selling Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns.
You may open the package before payment.
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or faulty from our side.

However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  
• All exchange requests must be made through our website using the Exchange Form (available at the bottom of the page).
  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unused condition.
  
• An additional shipping fee of 90 EGP will be charged for all exchanges.
  

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
